摘要
目的:了解某三甲中医院门诊导医职业倦怠现状。方法:采用自制问卷及职业倦怠量表(Job Burnout,MBI-GS)对门诊导医进行问卷调查。结果:57.38%的门诊导医存在中、重度情绪衰竭;39.34%的门诊导医存在中、重度玩世不恭;未生育导医情绪衰竭平均得分高于已生育导医;中专学历导医的个人成就感低于大专和本科学历的导医。结论:管理者应重视门诊导医职业倦怠的情况,科学的调配人力,加强职业培训及人性化管理。
Objective:To understand the current status of occupational burnout in outpatient medical guide of a Tertiary Level-A Chinese medicine hospital.Methods:A self-made questionnaire and a burnout scale(Job Burnout,MBI-GS)were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on outpatient medical guides.Results:57.38%of outpatient medical guides had moderate and severe emotional failure;39.34%of outpatient medical guides had moderate and severe cynical;there were fewer outpatient medical guides with a certain degree of achievement,accounting for 8.2%;the average score of the procreated guides’emotional exhaustion is higher than that of the childless guides’;the personal achievement of the outpatient medical guides graduated from profession training school is lower than that of the ones graduated from colleges;the single medical undergraduates has lower personal achievement than the married medical undergraduates.Conclusions:Managers should pay attention to the situation of outpatient medical guide care burnout,scientifically deploy manpower and strengthen humanized management.
