摘要
本文针对35kV一体化电容耦合器容易出现局放不合格的情况,采用有限元分析方法,对35k V一体化电容耦合器进行电场分析计算,并查找局放不合格原因。主要比较了耦合器内部存在气隙时电场分布变化情况,以及耦合器直径对电场分布的影响。根据计算结果指出,要保证局放合格一方面生产制作过程中尽量减少不同材质接触面产生气泡,另一方面可以增大直径来均匀电场。
The finite element analysis method is used to calculate the electric field analysis of 35kV integrated capacitor coupler. The distribution of electric field and the influence of the diameter of coupler on the distribution of electric field are compared. According to the calculation results, it is pointed out that in order to ensure the quality of the production process, we should reduce the air bubbles of different materials in the production process, and the other side we can increase the diameter of the integrated capacitor coupler to uniform electric field.
