Necator americanus stiles parasitized in colon and diagnosed by colonoscopy: one case report

钩虫病是人体常见寄生虫病,常用病原学诊断方法为粪便涂片找虫卵,内镜下尤其是结肠镜下找成虫较少作为诊断方法,报道较少,本文报道1例结肠镜检查时发现美洲钩虫案例,并进行回顾性分析。

Ancylostomiasis is a common parasitic disease in human.The methods of direct smear or saturated brine floatation to find hookworm eggs were commonly used.There are only a few literatures about necator americanus stiles under endoscopy especially in colonoscopy.This paper reported one case of necator americanus stiles parasitized in colon and this case was diagnosed by colonoscopy.
