自拟痰瘀汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效分析

Efficacy of the Tanyu decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:分析探讨自拟痰瘀汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年6月-2018年6月梅州市第二中医医院及梅州铁炉桥医院门诊、急诊收治的90例糖尿病血管神经病变患者随机分为A、B、C三组,A组给予纯西药治疗,B组给予纯中药治疗,C组给予中西医联合治疗,比较三组患者临床疗效、治疗前后中医症状积分、血糖、血脂指标、神经传导速度。结果:A、B两组患者临床疗效总有效率均显著低于C组(P <0.05),A、B两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗前三组中医症状积分、血糖、血脂指标、神经传导速度差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后C组患者中医症状积分、血糖、血脂指标、神经传导速度较A、B两组改善更显著,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:自拟痰瘀汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可显著提高临床疗效,改善患者临床症状,促进血糖、血脂、神经传导速度的改善,建议在临床上推广。

Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of the Tanyu decoction(痰瘀汤)on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:90 cases were divided into three groups,the group A was given western medicine;the group B was given TCM therapy;the group C was given the integrative medicine.Results:The total efficiency in the group A and the group B was significantly lower than that in the group C(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,blood glucose,blood lipids,and nerve conduction velocity in the group C were more significant than those in groups A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Tanyu decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy shows a good effect,improve clinical symptoms,blood sugar,blood lipids,nerve conduction velocity,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
