中医康复治疗老年性关节炎临床疗效评价

Efficacy of TCM rehabilitation therapy on senile arthritis

目的:评价中医康复治疗老年性关节炎临床疗效。方法:选取本院2017年5月-2018年3月收治的128例老年性关节炎患者作为观察对象,通过单双号法分为对照组(64例,予以常规治疗)和研究组(64例,予以中医康复治疗),对两组治疗效果、疼痛程度、关节功能恢复情况进行比较。结果:对照组治疗总有效率明显低于研究组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,JOA评分均高于治疗前,研究组改善效果与对照组比较差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:老年性关节炎实施中医康复治疗有利于缓解疼痛,改善关节功能,提高临床疗效,值得在临床中广泛应用。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of TCM rehabilitation therapy on senile arthritis.Methods:128 cases were divided into two groups,64 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment;and the study group was given TCM rehabilitation therapy.Results:The total efficiency in the control group was lower than the study group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores in both groups were decreased,and the JOA scores were increased.The improvement effect in the study group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM rehabilitation therapy on senile arthritis shows a good effect,can improve pain and joint function,and is worthy of promotion.
