基于中医针灸治疗脑瘫患儿语言障碍的临床研究

Clinical research on treating language disorder of children with cerebral palsy by acupuncture

目的:研究基于中医针灸治疗脑瘫患儿语言障碍的临床效果。方法:在我院收治的脑瘫患儿中随机选择36例作为研究对象,均来自2015年2月-2018年3月,分别作为对照组和实验组来进行研究性治疗,每组分别为18例,对照组患儿采取常规治疗手段,实验组患儿在此基础上采取中医针灸治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:实验组患儿的治疗有效率明显高于对照组患儿,P <0.05。结论:针对脑瘫患儿语言障碍实施中医针灸治疗,能够有效改善患儿的语言功能,帮助其恢复基本的表达能力,具有显著的治疗效果,值得在临床上推广。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of acupuncture on language disorder of children with cerebral palsy.Methods:36 children with cerebral palsy were selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups,18 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated by acupuncture more,and the effects in the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture can effectively improve the language function of the patients and help them restore the basic expression ability.It has significant therapeutic effect and is worthy of being popularized in clinic.
