半夏白术天麻汤辨证加味治疗交感神经型颈椎病的效果观察

Effective observation on treating sympathetic nervous cervical spondylosis with the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction

目的:探讨对交感神经型颈椎病患者采用半夏白术天麻汤辨证加味治疗的效果。方法:将90例交感神经型颈椎病患者作为对象,利用随机数字表法分为西医组和结合组,均给予西医保守疗法,结合组另给予半夏白术天麻汤辨证加味治疗。对比治疗前后颈椎病症状、自主神经功能评分变化,评价两种治疗方案的有效性及安全性。结果:治疗后西医组和结合组症状、工作和生活能力、手的功能、体征、总分、自主神经功能评分均显著降低(P <0.05),且治疗后结合组上述评分均明显低于西医组(P <0.05);治疗后西医组和结合组疗效分布、总有效率对比差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),不良反应发生率相近(P>0.05)。结论:对交感神经型颈椎病患者在西医保守疗法的基础上给予半夏白术天麻汤辨证加味治疗能够显著改善颈椎病症状和自主神经功能,效果良好,且并不会明显增多不良反应。

Objective:To explore the effect of the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction(半夏白术天麻汤)on patients with sympathetic nervous cervical spondylosis.Methods:90 patients randomly were divided into the western medicine group and combined group,and they were all given conservative treatment of western medicine.The combination group was given the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction more.The changes of cervical spondylosis symptoms and autonomic nerve function scores before and after treatment in two groups were compared,and the effectiveness and safety of the two treatment were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the scores of the symptoms,work and living ability,hand function,physical signs,total score,and autonomic function in two group were significantly lower(P<0.05),and those in the combined group were significantly lower than the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the therapeutic effect distribution and total effective rate in the western medicine group and the combined group showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was similar(P>0.05).Conclusion:Western medicine conservative therapy plus the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of cervical spondylosis and autonomic nerve function in patients with sympathetic nervous cervical spondylosis,with good effects and fewer adverse reactions.
