曹建雄教授运用乌梅丸加减治疗放射性肠炎1例

Treating 1 case of radioactive enteritis with Wumei Wan from Professor Cao Jianxiong

乌梅丸首见于张仲景《伤寒杂病论》,原方为治蛔厥及久利而设,后世医家根据其病机特点扩大其主治范围,临床取得较好疗效。放射性肠炎是腹盆腔恶性肿瘤接受放射治疗后引起的肠道并发症,严重影响患者的治疗及生活质量,曹建雄教授在临证过程中认为放射性肠炎病久发展为寒热错杂、虚实夹杂之证,治疗上不应采用纯苦寒清热、泄热通腑的治法,或者温涩药物使邪恋不祛,应寒热同调,通涩兼施,切中乌梅丸治疗久利之病机,临床治疗取得较好疗效。

Wumei Wan(乌梅丸)is first seen in Shanghan Zabing Lun(《伤寒杂病论》)written by Zhang Zhongjing.The original prescription was set up for the treatment of Huijue(蛔厥)and Jiuli(久利).The later physicians expand the scope of their treatment according to the characteristics of their pathogenesis,and had a good clinical effect.Radiation enteritis is an intestinal complication caused by radiation therapy for abdominal and pelvic malignancies,which seriously affects the treatment and quality of life.In the course of clinical treatment,Professor Cao Jianxiong believes that radionitis is developed for a long time as a syndrome of Hanre Cuoza(寒热错杂)and Xushi Jiaza(虚实夹杂),and the treatment should not be treated by Kuhan Qingre therapy(苦寒清热法)and Xiere Tongfu therapy(泄热通腑法).It should be treated by Hanre Tongtiao therapy(寒热同调法)and Tongse Jianshi therapy(通涩兼施法).Clinically proven Wumei Wan has a good effect on radiation enteritis.
