中医辨证论治治疗长期住院的老年慢性支气管炎的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of syndrome differentiation and treatment on chronic bronchitis in elderly patients with long-term hospitalization

目的:在长期住院的老年慢性支气管炎患者中开展中医辨证论治治疗,研究其应用的临床疗效。方法:在2017年间,对在我院长期住院的94例老年慢性支气管炎患者进行研究。抽取其中47例使用传统方法治疗,将其划分为对照组;剩余的47例患者接受中医辨证论治治疗,将其划分为观察组。综合分析中医疗法的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者咳嗽症状以及喘息症状缓解所需时间与对照组进行比较明显较短;观察组患者的各项血清学指标与对照组进行比较明显较好;观察组患者的痰液各项指标与对照组进行比较明显较好;观察组患者的治疗效果与对照组进行比较具有明显优势(P <0.05)。结论:对长期在院治疗的慢性支气管炎老年患者开展中医辨证论治治疗,能够有效改善患者的症状积分,治疗效果与传统西医治疗比较具有明显优势,应当得到广泛使用。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of syndrome differentiation treatment on elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods:In 2017,94 cases were divided into 2 groups,47 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment;and the observation group was given syndrome differentiation and treatment.Results:The time of relieving cough and wheezing symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group.The serological index in the observation group were better.The indexes of sputum in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Syndrome differentiation and treatment on elderly patients with chronic bronchitis treated in hospital for a long time can effectively improve the symptom scores.The therapeutic effect is obviously superior to the traditional western medicine and should be widely used.
