摘要
目的:研究探讨自拟中药方剂联合生物反馈治疗出口梗阻性便秘的临床疗效。方法:本研究于2015年1月-2017年12月在我院进行,以收治的80例出口梗阻性便秘患者为研究对象,随机均分为两组,各40例,以生物反馈治疗为对照组,以自拟中药方剂联合生物反馈治疗为观察组,对比两组的疗效,并分析自拟中药方剂联合生物反馈治疗价值所在。结果:观察组的有效率为95.0%,对照组为80.0%,观察组疗效较对照组高;治疗后,两组患者各临床症状评分较治疗前均有所降低,且观察组患者治疗后各临床症状评分较治疗后的对照组患者明显更低,组间差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。两组患者均无严重不良反应发生,组间不良反应发生率差异经检验得出P> 0.05。结论:自拟中药方剂联合生物反馈治疗出口梗阻性便秘患者效果显著,可以增强疗效、改善便秘,且安全性较高,值得推广和应用。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of self-made TCM medicine plus biofeedback on outlet obstructive constipation.Methods:80 patients with outlet obstructive constipation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each.The control group was treated by biofeedback,and the observation group was treated by self-made TCM medicine more.Results:The total efficiency rate was 95.0% in the treatment group,higher than 80.0% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,clinical symptom score in both groups were decreased,and that in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Self-made TCM medicine plus biofeedback on outlet obstructive constipation is effective,safe and worthy of promotion.
