黑逍遥散加减治疗痴呆60例疗效观察

Observation on treating 60 cases of dementia with Hei Xiaoyao San

目的:观察黑逍遥散加减治疗痴呆的临床疗效。方法:将60例痴呆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组予以黑逍遥散加减(基础方:熟地黄20 g,当归10 g,茯苓15 g,白芍15 g,白术15 g,柴胡15 g,薄荷6 g,炙甘草6 g)煎为汤剂口服,对照组予脑复康(吡拉西坦片)口服,两组均常规给予调控血压、血糖、血脂、改善脑循环等西药对症治疗。2个月后对两组患者疗效进行分析对比。结果:治疗组显效10例,进步11例,无退步4例,无效5例,总有效率为83.3%。对照组显效4例,进步8例,无退步8例,无效10例,总有效率为66.6%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:运用黑逍遥散加减治疗痴呆疗效确切,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Hei Xiaoyao San(黑逍遥散)on dementia.Methods:60 dementia patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Hei Xiaoyao San,while the control group was treated with Naofukang(脑复康)(piracetam tablet).Both groups were given routinely western medicine to control blood pressure,glucose,blood lipid and cerebral circulation.Results:In the treatment group,10 cases were markedly effective;11 cases were progressive;4 cases were no regression;5 cases were ineffective;and the total effective rate was 83.3%.In the control group,4 cases were markedly effective;8 cases were progressive;8 cases were non-regressive and 10 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate was 66.6%.The effective rate in the treatment group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Hei Xiaoyao San on dementia is definite.
