天麻钩藤饮辨证加减配合颈椎顺势牵引治疗颈源性头晕临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of the Tianma Gouteng decoction plus traction on cervical dizziness

目的:探究颈源性头晕患者实施中药联合牵引治疗的临床效果。方法:择取2016年2月-2018年5月期间在我院接受治疗的颈源性头晕患者96例,根据数字表法进行随机分组,其中对照组48例,观察组48例。对照组患者行颈椎顺势牵引治疗,观察组基于牵引治疗基础上实施天麻钩藤饮加减治疗。对两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后椎-基底动脉血流动力学、临床症状及功能积分、颈痛量表(Neck Pain Questionnaire,NPQ)评分进行比较。结果:治疗前两组症状及功能积分、NPQ评分以及椎-基底动脉血流动力学相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后观察组症状及功能积分、治疗有效率以及椎-基底动脉血流动力学显著高于对照组,NPQ评分明显低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:颈源性头晕行天麻钩藤饮联合顺势牵引治疗效果理想,在临床中具有较高的推广价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of TCM medicine plus traction on cervical dizziness.Methods:96 patients with cervical dizziness in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each.The control group was treated by traction,and the observation group was given the Tianma Gouteng decoction more.Results:There was no significant difference in the indexes between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptoms and functional scores,treatment efficiency and vertebrobasilar hemodynamics in the observation group were significantly higher;and the NPQ score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Tianma Gouteng decoction plus traction is effective on cervical dizziness,and has a high promotion value in clinical.
