多囊卵巢综合征中西医结合治疗研究

A study on treating polycystic ovary syndrome in the integrated medicine

多囊卵巢综合征为育龄期妇女常见病,发病率高,且易造成月经紊乱及不孕。有学者运用中医、西医、中西医结合方式对多囊卵巢综合征发病机制及治疗进行了深入地探讨。西医主要从下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴调节功能异常、高胰岛素血症和胰岛素抵抗、肾上腺内分泌功能异常、全身多系统多器官功能异常等方面阐述其病理机制,治疗上多采用激素干预、手术等方式;中医认为多囊卵巢综合征的病理机制多与肾、肝、脾功能失调及痰湿、血瘀相关,治疗方面以除湿等为主,治疗效果较好。中医、西医治疗多囊卵巢综合征各有其优势,二者结合是改善多囊卵巢综合征的重要治疗方式。

Polycystic ovary syndrome was a common disease in women of childbearing age,with a high incidence rate,and was prone to menstrual disorders and infertility.Some scholars were applied TCM,western medicine,and the integrated medicine to investigate the pathogenesis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Western medicine was mainly described the pathological mechanism of hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis regulation dysfunction,hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance,adrenal endocrine dysfunction,systemic multi-system and multiple organ dysfunction,and was applied hormone intervention and surgery to treatment.TCM was believed that the pathological mechanism was related to kidney,liver and spleen dysfunction,Tanshi(痰湿)and Xueyu(血瘀).The treatment of TCM was mainly dehumidification,with better effects.TCM and western medicine showed different advantages in treating polycystic ovary syndrome,those were an important treatment for improving polycystic ovary syndrome.
