升麻解毒汤配合中医外治治疗肺经蕴热型小儿腺样体肥大疗效观察

Effect observation of Shengma Jiedu decoction combined with TCM treatment on hypertrophy of adenoids in children with lung meridian heat accumulation

目的:腺样体肥大是儿童耳鼻咽喉疾病中常见病之一。可以引起儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征等严重的并发症,对儿童的生长发育产生危害。本文主要观察升麻解毒汤加减配合中医耳穴贴压、穴位贴敷治疗肺经蕴热型小儿腺样体肥大的疗效。方法:在门诊选择符合中医肺经蕴热型腺样体肥大诊断标准患儿70名,采取病例对照研究分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组选用升麻解毒汤配合中医外治疗法,对照组选用内舒拿喷鼻和口服顺尔宁。两组均连续治疗一个月,两组在服药及治疗前后均填写"儿童腺样体肥大主要临床指标评分表"。结果:中医治疗组显效22例,有效13例,积分值75%,对照组显效4例,有效31例,积分值65%,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:对于肺经蕴热型腺样体肥大患儿使用升麻解毒汤加减配合中医外治疗效确切,安全性较高。

Objective:Adenoid hypertrophy is one of the most common diseases in children.It can cause serious complications such as obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in children and harm their growth and development.This paper observed the effect of Shengma Jiedu Decoction(升麻解毒汤)combined with traditional Chinese medicine ear acupressure and acupoint application on adenoid hypertrophy of children with lung meridian heat.Methods:In the outpatient clinic,70 children were selected who met the diagnostic criteria for lung meridional accumulation fever type hypertrophy,and they were divided into the treatment group and the control group.In the treatment group,Shengma Jiedu Decoction(升麻解毒汤)was given in combination with the TCM external treatment,while in the Control group,nasonex nasal and oral singulair were used.Both groups were given continuous treatment for one month,and both groups filled out the"Main clinical index score table of adenoid hypertrophy in children"before and after medication and treatment.Results:22 cases in the TCM treatment group showed significant effect,13 cases were effective,the score value was 75%,4 cases in the control group showed significant effect,31 cases were effective,the score value was 65%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Shengma Jiedu Decoction(升麻解毒汤)with TCM treatment was effective and safe for children with hyperpyretic adenoid hypertrophy.
