人文关怀干预对抑郁症患者服药依从性和护理满意度的影响

Effects of humanistic care intervention on medication compliance and nursing satisfaction in patients with depression

目的:探讨分析人文关怀干预对抑郁症患者服药依从性和护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2015年7月-2016年8月在本院就诊的92例精神抑郁症患者作为研究对象,然后按照随机数字法则分为干预组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理,主要内容包括:一般访谈式交谈、常规生活护理、用药指导、心理护理和环境护理等;干预组患者在常规护理的基础上给予人文关怀护理服务,包括:①建立护患信任;②全面的了解患者的人格特征、文化以及相关的兴趣爱好,掌握患者发病的原因,制订个性化的心理干预措施;③介绍药物治疗的效果及可能出现的不良反应及如何防治;④鼓励患者家属关心、爱护患者并支持患者。然后比较两组患者干预前后服药依从性和护理服务的满意度。结果:干预前两组患者服药依从性差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),干预后干预组患者服药依从率为92.86%,较对照组患者的76.19%显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。干预组患者对护理服务的满意率为95.24%较对照组患者的73.81%显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。;结论:人文关怀干预是目前对抑郁患者的一种有效、科学的护理模式,能够有效提高患者的服药依从性,改善患者的抑郁状况,还能够提高患者对护理服务的满意度,值得进一步在临床上推广。

Objective:To explore the impact of humanistic care intervention on medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with depression.Methods:A total of 92 patients with mental depression treated in our hospital from July 2015 to August 2016 were selected as study subjects and divided into the intervention group and the control group according to the random number rule.The control group received routine nursing,mainly including:general interview conversation,routine life care,medication guidance,psychological care and environmental care,etc.Patients in the intervention group were provided with humanistic care nursing services on the basis of routine nursing,namely(1)to build nursing and patient trust;(2)to comprehensively understand the personality characteristics,culture and related interests of patients,master the causes of patients’diseases,and develop personalized psychological intervention measures;(3)to introduce the effect of drug treatment,possible adverse reactions and prevention and treatment;(4)patients’family members are encouraged to care for,love and support the patients.Then,patient compliance before and after intervention and nursing service satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in medication compliance between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05),and the medication compliance rate of the intervention group after the intervention was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than the 76.19%of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the patients in the intervention group was95.24%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.81%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care intervention was currently an effective and scientific nursing mode for patients with depression,which could effectively improve patients’medication compliance,relieve patients’depression status,and improve patients’satisfaction with nursing services,which was worthy of further clinical promotion.
