慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者应用中医护理的干预效果分析

Analysis of intervention effect of TCM nursing on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:研究中医护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期中的应用价值。方法:2016年9月-2018年4月本院接诊的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者74例,利用数字抽签法进行分组:试验组和对照组各37例。对两组都进行常规护理,试验组加用中医护理方案。分析两组生存质量的改善情况,比较急性加重次数等指标。结果:试验组的生存质量各维度评分明显比对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组干预后的急性加重次数为(0.03±0.12)次,明显比对照组的(0.48±0.51)次少,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:选择中医护理方案对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者进行干预,能够显著改善其生存质量,减少急性加重次数,建议推广和使用。

Objective:To study the application value of TCM nursing in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:74 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in our hospital from September2016 to April 2018 were grouped by digital drawing method:the experimental group and the control group,with 37 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The improvement of quality of life in two groups was analyzed,and the number of acute exacerbation was compared.Results:The scores of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The number of acute exacerbation in the experimental group was(0.03±0.12)times,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(0.48±0.51),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease could significantly improve the quality of life,reduce the number of acute aggravation,and was worthy of promotion and application.
