益气活血通脉颗粒治疗稳定性心绞痛临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Granules in treating stable angina pectoris

目的:对比益气活血通脉颗粒与复方丹参胶囊对稳定性心绞痛的治疗效果差异。方法:选取2018年1月-2018年5月收治的80例稳定性心绞痛患者,以信封法将患者随机分入对照组与研究组,两组患者各40例。其中,对照组使用复方丹参胶囊,研究组使用益气活血通脉颗粒。对比两组的临床疗效、心率以及心绞痛发作次数。结果:研究组治疗总有效率92.5%,对照组则为72.5%,研究组高于对照组;同时,研究组心率低于对照组,心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:与复方丹参胶囊相比,益气活血通脉颗粒对稳定性心绞痛有着更为显著的治疗效果。

Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Granules(益气活血通脉颗粒)and Compound Danshen Capsule on stable angina pectoris.Method:Eighty patients with stable angina pectoris admitted from January 2018 and May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group by envelope method,with 40 patients in each group.Among them,Compound Danshen Capsule was used in the control group and Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Granules(益气活血通脉颗粒)were used in the study group.The clinical efficacy,heart rate and angina pectoris frequency were compared between the two groups.Result:The total treatment efficiency of the study group was 92.5%,which was higher than that of the control group,72.5%.At the same time,the heart rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group and the number of angina attacks was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Compound Danshen Capsule,Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Granules(益气活血通脉颗粒)had a more significant therapeutic effect on stable angina pectoris.
