护理流程管理改善血液透析护理质量的效果观察

Effect observation of nursing process management in improving the quality of hemodialysis nursing

目的:探讨护理流程管理改善血液透析护理质量的效果观察。方法:将2013年10月-2017年10月在我院血透中心行血液透析治疗的40例患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用护理流程管理,比较两组患者的护理质量合格率、护理安全事件发生率、护理满意率。结果:观察组护理操作合格率、感染控制合格率、透析液合格率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组穿刺针损伤、穿刺处渗血、穿刺针脱落、皮下血肿、内瘘感染、下机拔错针等护理安全事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:护理流程管理改善血液透析护理质量的效果显著,能有效提升护理安全意识,增加护理风险的防范,提升护理满意度,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the effect observation of nursing process management in improving the quality of hemodialysis nursing.Methods:40 patients who received hemodialysis treatment in the hemodialysis center of our hospital from October 2013 to October2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given nursing process management.The qualified rate of nursing quality,the incidence of nursing safety incidents and the nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The qualified rate of nursing operation,infection control and dialysate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing safety events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,such as puncture injury,puncture site bleeding,puncture needle shedding,subcutaneous hematoma,internal fistula infection and off-machine wrong needle extraction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing process management had a significant effect on improving the quality of hemodialysis nursing.It could effectively improve the awareness of nursing safety,increase the prevention of nursing risks,and improve nursing satisfaction,which was of positive clinical significance.
