PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取本院于2016年3月-2018年1月收治的63例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,其中32例患者性股骨近端交锁髓内钉(PFNA)内固定术(研究组),31例患者行动力髋部螺钉(DHS)内固定术(对照组)。比较两种内固定术的临床疗效。结果:研究组与对照组的手术时长、术中出血量、骨性愈合时间、住院时间及优良率之间对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:DHS与PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折均可获得确切的临床效果,但PFNA的疗效更为显著,值得推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of PFNA in the treatment of elderly intertrochanter fracture of femur.Methods:63 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur treated in our hospital from March,2016 to January,2018 were selected.32 cases of patients underwent proximal femoral interlocking intramedullary nailing(PFNA)fixation(study group),31 patients underwent dynamic hip screw fixation(control group).The clinical efficacy of two kinds of internal fixation was compared.Results:There was significant difference between the study group and the control group in the operation duration,blood loss,bone healing time,hospital stay and excellent and good rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of DHS and PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femur in the elderly could be obtained.However,the efficacy of PFNA was more significant and worthy of promotion and application.
