米非司酮与复方中药联合米非司酮在人工流产后宫腔残留的临床效果对比分析

Clinical effect analysis of mifepristone and mifepristone combined with compound TCM medicine in the treatment of residual uterine cavity after artificial abortion

目的:观察米非司酮与复方中药联合米非司酮对人工流产后宫腔残留的治疗效果。方法:选取2016年-2018年收治的47例不全流产用药治疗的患者,进行临床研究。在患者及家属的同意下,由临床医生将所有患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组实施米非司酮治疗,观察组实施复方中药联合米非司酮治疗。结果:观察组第1周宫腔内残留物缩小均值为(9.84±3.51)mm2,对照组第1周宫腔内残留物缩小均值为(6.23±2.61)mm2。观察组与对照组在治疗后宫腔残留物缩小均值的对比差异显著(P <0.05)。观察组引导抽血时间为(4.62±0.85)d,对照组阴道出血时间为(7.95±0.97)d。在治疗后相关指标对比差异显著(P <0.05)。观察组治疗显效率和总有效率分别为70.83%、95.83%;对照组治疗显效率和总有效率分别为47.83%、56.52%。在治疗总有效率对比差异显著(P <0.05)。结论:复方中药联合米非司酮在人工流产后宫腔残留患者中的治疗,能够有效缩小患者宫腔内残留物的均值,同时缩短患者阴道出血和月经恢复时间等,对于提高人工流产后宫腔残留物的治疗效果具有重要影响,可以在临床中广泛应用。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of mifepristone and mifepristone combined with compound Chinese medicine in the treatment of residual uterine cavity after induced abortion.Methods:47 patients with incomplete abortion treated in our hospital from 2016 to2018 were selected for clinical study.With the consent of the patients and their families,the clinicians randomly divided all the patients into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with mifepristone combined with compound Chinese medicine.Results:The mean of the the remnant in the uterine cavity of the first week in the observation group was(9.84±3.51)mm^2,and the mean of the remnant in the uterine cavity was(6.23±2.61)mm^2 in the control group in the first week.There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the reduction of uterine cavity remnant after treatment(P<0.05).The vaginal bleeding time in the observation group was(4.62±0.85)d,and the vaginal bleeding time in the control group was(7.95±0.97)d.After treatment,there was a significant difference in correlation index(P<0.05).The effective rate and the total effective rate of the observation group were 70.83%and 95.83%respectively.The effective rate and the total effective rate of the control group were 47.83%and 56.52%respectively.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of mifepristone combined with compound Chinese medicine could effectively reduce the mean value of the remnants of the uterine cavity and shorten the vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery time in treating patients with residual uterine cavity after abortion.It had an important effect on the improvement of the treatment and effect of the remnants of the uterine cavity after abortion,and can be used in the clinic.
