压裂返排液回用技术中对干扰基液黏度影响因素的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文选取Na^+、K^+、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Fe^(2+)、Fe^(3+)、Al^(3+)、悬浮物作为实验因素,评价各因素添加以后对配制压裂液基液黏度的影响。结果显示:Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Fe^(2+)、悬浮物是对压裂液基液黏度影响较大的干扰因素,随着干扰因素添加量的增大导致基液黏度大幅下降,说明在后续压裂返排液回用技术中,需要优先去除或掩蔽这些因素。本文可为压裂返排液回用技术的研究与应用提供基础支撑。 In this paper, Na^+,K^+,Ca^2+,Mg^2+,Fe^2+,Fe^3+,Al^3+ and suspended solids were selected as experimental factors to evaluate the effect on the viscosity of fracturing base fluid.The results show Ca^2+,Mg^2+,Fe^2+ and suspended solids are the main factors that have a great influence. The viscosity of base fluid has a downward trend increasing with the addition of target factors. That indicates it's necessary to remove or mask these target factors preferentially in the subsequent fracturing flow-back fluid reuse technology. This paper can provide basic support for the research and application of fracturing flow-back fluid reuse technology.
