摘要
堵漏纤维HQW-1具有来源广、成本低、分散性好的特点,通过与堵漏纤维XWR、堵漏纤维SMR的对比实验,研究分析了其承压堵漏性能的规律。结果表明:堵漏纤维HQW-1在钻井液中能够有效的分散伸展,形成空间网架结构,表现出良好的堵漏性能,能够适用于不同类型的漏失地层;2%的堵漏纤维HQW-1加入到钻井液中,可以提高体系的承压堵漏能力,在大孔隙砂层与裂缝性漏失层堵漏效果明显突出;堵漏纤维HQW-1与XWR复配后,配伍性好,其堵漏性能进一步提高。堵漏纤维HQW-1在复杂漏失地层承压堵漏方面取得广泛应用,可改善堵漏效果。
The plugging fiber HQW-1 has the characteristics of wide source, low cost and good dispersibility. Through the comparison experiment with the plugging fiber XWR and the plugging fiber SMR, the law of the pressure plugging performance is studied and analyzed. The results show that the plugging fiber HQW-1 can effectively disperse and stretch in the drilling fluid, forming a space grid structure, showing good plugging performance, and can be applied to different types of lost stratum.2 % plugging fiber HQW-1 adding to the drilling fluid can improve the pressure and plugging capacity of the system,and the effect of plugging in the large pore sand layer and the fractured leakage layer is obvious. After the plugging fiber HQW-1 and XWR are compounded, the compatibility is good. The plugging performance is further improved. The plugging fiber HQW-1 has been widely used in the pressure loss plugging of complex lost formations, which can improve the plugging effect.
