摘要 目的为了临床上快速方便读取血液样本量,设计一种用于血液样本量测量的测量仪。方法此系统采用光纤透射法,光学斩波器将激光的连续光调制成固定频率的光信号,透射血液样本,同时输出参考信号至光信号处理装置。结果锁相放大器可实现对信号的检测和跟踪,输出正比于血液样本量的模拟信号。结论本测量仪实现自动化测量试管中的血液样本量并直接输入计算机储存作为后续使用,差错率低、操作方便且自动化程度高。 Objective In order to read blood sample volume quickly and conveniently in clinical application, a measuring instrument for blood sample volume measurement is designed. Methods This system adopted the optical fiber transmission method, by which the continuous light of the laser was converted into the fixed frequency optical signal using the optical chopper. The light signal transmitted the blood sample and output the reference signal to the optical signal processing device. Results The phase-locked amplifier could realize the detection and tracking of the signal, and the output was proportional to the analog signal of the blood sample size. Conclusion This instrument can automatically measure the blood sample in the test tube and directly input it to the computer for storage for subsequent use, with low error rate, convenient operation and high degree of automation.
