Objective To explore the application of WeChat enterprise number in optimizing the administrative office of the hospital. Methods Based on the construction practice of four functional modules commonly used in WeChat OA, the practical application effect of each functional module was studied. Results The application of WeChat enterprise number, which had the characteristics of convenience and speed, in document management, workflow management, conference room management, address book query and other modules transcended the limitation of time and space, which greatly improved the office efficiency. Conclusion WeChat enterprise number has obvious advantages of mobile working, which is helpful to improve the quality and efficiency of hospitals.
