党外知识分子工作是统一战线的基础性、战略性工作。我们党历来高度重视党外知识分子工作。做好党外知识分子统战工作对实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦具有重要的意义。做好党外知识分子统战工作必须把握党外知识分子的主要特点,坚持政治上充分信任、工作上放手使用、生活上关心照顾的基本原则,全面落实党的知识分子政策,与党外知识分子交知心朋友,做好思想政治工作,做好人才举荐工作,加强教育培训,建立和完善党外知识分子工作制度。

United Front work towards non-party intellectuals is a fundamental and strategic one.CPC has always highly regarded this work,which is of great significance to the realization of the goal of“two hundred years”and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In order to achieve the goal,we need to understand the main characteristics of non-Party intellectuals,trust them politically,mobilize them in work and care them in life.We also need to make the Party’s policy on intellectuals workable,make intimate friends with them and communicate well in ideological and political work,and in talent recommendation as well.Meanwhile we need to strengthen education and training to establish and improve the system for for non-party intellectuals.
