摘要
目的就脱水穿心莲内酯二琥珀酸半酯的净化进行了实验研究,为生产高纯度的下游产品提供基础。方法将穿心莲半酯溶解在有机溶剂及水组成的特定体系中,通过萃取去除半酯中所含的水溶性杂质,利用真空蒸发浓缩和重结晶去除酯溶性杂质,提高半酯纯度。结果精制后半酯纯度从92.1%提高到97.5%,总杂和单杂均有所降低。结论获得了高纯度的脱水穿心莲内酯二琥珀酸半酯,为生产高纯度的下游产品提供了基础。
OBJECTIVE An experimental study was conducted on the purification of dehydrated andrographolide two succinic acid half ester,to provide the basis for the production of high purity downstream products.METHODS The dehydrated hemi-andrographolide two succinic acid half ester is dissolved in a specific system consisting of organic solvent and water.The water-soluble impurities contained in the half-ester are removed by extraction,and the ester-soluble impurities are removed by vacuum evaporation,concentration and recrystallization to increase the purity of the half-ester.RESULTS The experimental results show that the purity of the refined half ester is increased from 92.1% to 97.5%.The total impurity and mono-amount are reduced.CONCLUSION High-purity dehydrated andrographolide two succinic acid half ester is obtained,it provides the basis for producing high purity downstream products.
