摘要
使用一种聚酰亚胺溶液,配合炭黑分散均匀,涂覆于PET膜上,烘干溶剂后即可得到黑色超薄PI膜,然后再涂覆环氧胶水贴合离型材料即可得到超薄黑色覆盖膜。使用该方法生产的超薄黑色覆盖膜能很好的满足目前无线充电领域的使用要求,不再局限于PI膜厂家的厚度、透光率等指标。
This paper introduces the process of using a polyimide solvent and carbon black coating on PET, and the solvent is dried to obtain a black ultra-thin PI film. Then it talks about the coated epoxy resin glue to attach the release material to get the ultra-thin black coverlay. The ultra-thin black coverlay produced by the method can meet the requirements of the current wireless charging field, and is no longer limited by the thickness and transmittance of the PI manufacturer.
