摘要
近年来可携式通讯的蓬勃发展,使得手机天线讯号传输的柔性传输线增加,使得低损耗传输日益受到重视。针对如何降低PCB传输线损耗的做法成为大家研究的热门话题,文章介绍的是一种创新技术开发,通过一种特殊叠构与制程,降低介质损耗。相较于当前最热门的液晶高分子(LCP)高频材料(Dk2.9),存在材料限制。利用结构优势,即使搭配普通材料也可以实现降低Dk小于2的空气超低损耗电路板传输线。并且相较于传统手机同轴传输中继电缆线,传输线体积也降低超过60%。
With the abundance of portable communication technology in these days, the mobile terminal manufacturers have increased the number of FPC cables on phone antenna signal transmission. Therefore low loss transmission has received increasing attention. The article provides an innovative FPC type transmission cable that utilizes special stack up and manufacturing processes to reduce dielectric loss. Compared to the current mainstream low loss LCP material(Dk 2.9 ), ultra-low loss air FPC transmission cable can make great progressby reducing Dk value to less than 2. Simultaneously, it can reduce more than 60% volume compared to traditional coaxial cable.
