The Change of PCB Management Model in Industry 4.0 Era

文章就工业4.0下PCB产业引发的经营模式进行初步探讨。工业4.0的目的是为实现智能&动态的生产,对于此种新的生产方式我们更应该整体布局、系统思考上下功夫,而不是仅仅关注自动化的提升和机器换人、面的即时顾客化定制需求需要建立一种模块化生产方式,调整统一各PCB生产工序生产线速度,模块化生产线的建立才有可能。

This article discussed the change of PCB management model in industry 4.0. The aim of industry 4.0 is the establishment of intelligent & dynamic production line. The industry should pay more attention to the system layout instead of promotion of automation and using of robot only. The building block production must be built for the appearing of instant customer demand for PCB industry. And how to get appropriate production speed is most important for that new production model.
