摘要 为了解决单个光栅测量湿度时会受到温度影响的问题(即存在交叉敏感问题),提出了一种基于LPFG-FBG级联对温湿度同时测量的解决方案。利用耦合模和传输矩阵法对该方案的原理进行了理论分析,利用Matlab进行了反射谱仿真。仿真得到该方案温度和湿度的拟合度分别达到0.9923和0.9978,表明该方案能够解决交叉敏感问题。 In order to solve the problem that temperature will affect the measurement of humidity by a single grating(there is cross-sensitivity problem), a solution based on cascade LPFG-FBG for simultaneous measurement of temperature and humidity is proposed. The principle of the scheme is theoretically analyzed by using coupled mode and transfer matrix method, and the reflection spectrum is simulated by using Matlab. The simulation results show that the fitness of temperature and humidity reaches 0.9923 and 0.9978 respectively, which shows that the scheme can solve the cross-sensitivity problem.
