摘要
为减少化学农药用量,本试验选取黑曲霉Y61菌剂、产紫青霉MH111菌剂及3%芽孢杆菌微乳剂与噻唑膦混合使用处理温室土壤防治芹菜根结线虫。结果表明:处理1(黑曲霉Y61菌剂+噻唑膦颗粒剂)、处理2(黑曲霉Y61菌剂+噻唑膦颗粒剂+地牛)、处理3(黑曲霉Y61菌剂+噻唑膦颗粒剂+沃尔坦)、处理4(3%芽孢杆菌微乳剂+噻唑膦颗粒剂)、处理5(产紫青霉MH111菌剂+噻唑膦颗粒剂)、处理6(产紫青霉MH111菌剂+噻唑膦颗粒剂+地牛)和处理7(噻唑膦颗粒剂)7个处理,药后90 d土壤中2龄幼虫数量P_f/P分别为2.22、3.80、1.48、2.66、0.67、1.40、2.80和4.92。药后90 d各处理防治效果分别为75.3%、78.2%、76.3%、52.1%、53.2%、52.2%和80.2%。药后90 d各处理产量增加为17.2%、18.5%、30.1%、2.7%、12.8%、19.7%和28.4%。综合试验结果得出,将噻唑膦与生物菌剂混合使用可以有效防治芹菜根结线虫病。
In order to reduce the amount of chemical pesticide, Aspergillus niger Y61, Penicillium purpurogenum MH111, Bacillus and Fosthiazate to control celery root-knot nematode diseases were mixed to treat the greenhouse conditions in this study. The P f /P of treatment No.1-7 was 2.22,3.80,1.48,2.66,0.67,1.40, 2.80 and 4.92,the control effect was 75.3%,78.2%,76.3%,52.1%, 53.2%,52.2% and 80.2%,and the yield increase was 17.2%,18.5%,30.1%,2.7%,12.8%,19.7% and 28.4%,respectively after 90 day.This study showed that mixed use of thiazophosphine and biological fungicides could effectively control celery root knot nematode disease.
