摘要
依据ASME标准第Ⅸ卷、Ⅲ卷和Ⅺ卷和法国RCC-M标准第Ⅳ卷中关于回火焊道焊接技术的规定,从工艺评定和实施应用两个方面对国外先进工业标准进行介绍。在此基础上结合国内外相关研究进行分析和总结,可以发现国外先进工业标准中的条例有其合理性,但是部分条例过于保守,使得修复成本增加。此外,回火焊道工艺评定中的变素均为对热循环条件产生影响的因素。为引进国外先进工业标准和促进国内回火焊道焊接技术的发展,应当深入研究相关条例。
According to regulations on temper bead welding technique (TBWT) in section Ⅸ,Ⅲ and Ⅺ of ASME standard and in section Ⅳ of France RCC-M standard, foreign advanced industrial standards are introduced from two aspects of procedure qualification and implementation of application. On this basis, analysis and summary is carried out by combining with relevant studies at home and abroad. It is concluded that the foreign advanced industrial standard has its rationality, while some regulations are too conservative to make repair cost increase. In addition, variants in the procedure qualification of temper bead are all factors that affect the thermal cycling conditions. In order to introduce foreign advanced industrial standards and promote the development of domestic TBWT, relevant regulations should be studied in depth.
