摘要 以环保型丁苯橡胶SBR1500E为研究目标,研究了不同比例混合皂对SBR1500E聚合反应速率、生胶门尼黏度、产品力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着脂肪酸钠皂用量的增加,聚合反应速率加快,当脂肪酸钠皂质量分数为12.5%时,聚合反应速率明显加快,300%定伸应力随着脂肪酸钠皂用量增加有明显提高。 Environmental SBR1500E was taken as the research objective The effect of the different proportions of blended-emulsifier on Mooney viscosity and mechanical properties of products was investigated.The results showed that the polymerization rate accelerated as the FAD proportions of blended-emulsifier increased.The polymerization rate markedly accelerated when the FAD proportions of blended-emulsifier was between 12.5%.The stretching stress of SBR1500E increased as the FAD proportions of blended-emulsifier increased.And the stretching stress of SBR1500E markedly increased when the FAD proportions of blended-emulsifier was between 10.0% and 12.5%.
