摘要
对生物滴滤塔处理苯乙烯废气的停留时间和营养液喷淋方式进行了研究。实验结果表明,最佳停留时间为54 s,营养液最佳喷淋方式为3 h喷淋1次,1次1 min,喷淋量200 mL。此外,对生物滴滤塔的启动、停运期维护及恢复进行了探索。
The retention time and the spraying way of nutrient fluid of styrene waste gas treated by biological trickling filter were studied in this paper.The experimental results show that the best retention time is 54 s and the best spraying way of nutrient fluid is one time per 3 h,the spraying time is one minute.The optimal amount of spray is 200 mL.In addition,the start-up,out-of-service maintenance and recovery of the biofilter were explored.
