摘要
对粉煤灰利用现状,粉煤灰的前处理,粉煤灰为原料合成ZSM-5分子筛和表征方法及其在化工领域中的应用进行了综述。通过对比水热合成法、一步法、两步法、碱熔法及浸渍法,得出水热法是较为理想的合成方法。采用X射线衍射(XRD)表征ZSM-5分子筛的物相,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察形貌,NH_3-程序升温脱附(NH_3-TPD)分析催化剂的酸强度,并对ZSM-5分子筛的合成及应用前景进行了展望。
The utilization of fly ash,the pretreatment of fly ash,the preparation and characterization methods of ZSM-5 by fly ash and their application in the chemical industry were reviewed.By comparing with hydrothermal method,one-step method,two-step method,alkali melting method and impregnation method,two-step hydrothermal method was an ideal synthesis method.The phase of ZSM-5 molecular sieve was characterized by XRD,the morphology was observed by SEM,and the calculated acid strength of catalyst was analyzed by NH 3-TPD.The development prospect of ZSM-5 was also elucidated.
