摘要 针对滚塑成型工艺过程中无线测温仪传输性能差、功耗高、抗干扰能力差等缺点,设计了一种基于Zig Bee的远程温度控制系统.系统以CC2530为核心控制器,包括终端节点和协调器节点两个部分,软件控制模块是在Zig Bee协议栈基础上进行开发.本系统具有低功耗、传输性能强、抗干扰能力强,测量精准等优点,在实现滚塑工艺过程中实时温度监测具有良好的应用前景. A remote temperature control system based on ZigBee was designed to overcome the shortcomings of wireless thermometer in the process of rotational molding,such as poor transmission performance,high power consumption and poor anti-interference ability.Taking CC2530 as the core controller,the system includes terminal node and coordinator node,The software control module is developed on the basis of ZigBee protocol stack.The system has low power consumption,strong transmission performance,strong anti-interference ability,accurate measurement and other advantages,so it has a good application prospect in the process of rotational molding.
