摘要
采用有限体积法,欧拉液固双流体模型,湍流模型采用RNG k-ε湍流方程,对U形管建立ANSYS/Fluent数值模型进行求解,对U形管内浆液流动特性进行研究。模拟结果表明,弯管对浆液流速分布影响最大,在直管横截面处流速呈抛物线分布,流速在管道中间区域最大,靠近管壁流速逐渐减小;在弯管横截面处流速呈M形分布,且浆液流经弯管处时,会产生二次流动现象,由于离心力的影响,在管道X轴线处外凸侧的压力大于内凹侧的压力;在管截面Z轴处压力呈倒U形分布。
In order to study the ow characteristics of slurry in U-tube,the nite volume method, euler liquid-solid dual-fluid model and turbulence model were adopted,and the ANSYS/Fluent numerical model was established for U-tube by RNG k-ε turbulence equation. The results show that the bend pipe has the greatest in uence on the distribution of slurry ow rate,the ow rate is parabolic at the cross section of the straight pipe,the ow rate is the largest in the middle area of the pipe,and the ow rate near the pipe wall gradually decreases. The ow rate is distributed in an M shape at the cross section of the bend pipe,and secondary ow will occur when the slurry ows through the bend pipe. Moreover,due to the in uence of centrifugal force,the pressure on the convex side of the pipe X axis is greater than that on the concave side. The pressure shows an inverted U-shaped distribution at the Z axis of the pipe section.
