摘要
选用Irganox 1520为抗氧剂、Tinuvin 765为光稳定剂、Tinuvin 571为紫外线吸收剂配制了微乳液型、透明、稳定体系的防老剂,并将其应用于丁腈粉末橡胶中,考察了防老剂的防老化效果。实验结果表明,所配制的微乳液中存在两种粒径的液滴,粒径为3.6 nm的胶束液滴占比8.4%,粒径为43 nm的球形液滴占比高达91.6%;防老剂添加量占粉末橡胶0.3%(w)时,试样的氧化诱导期比空白试样提高72.5倍,有效阻止了丁腈橡胶的氧化;微乳液型防老剂处理制得的丁腈粉末橡胶试样经96 h照射,黄色指数仅为35.7,大幅提高了丁腈橡胶的抗黄变性能。
A microemulsion transparent and stable-system antiager was prepared by using Irganox 1520 as an antioxidant,Tinuvin 765 as a light stabilizer,and Tinuvin 571 as an ultraviolet absorber. The antiaging effect of the antiager was evaluated when applied to nitrile butadiene powder rubber. The experimental results showed that there were two kinds of droplets in the microemulsion,i.e. micelle droplets with a particle size of 3.6 nm accounting for 8.4%,and spherical droplets with a particle size of 43 nm accounting for up to 91.6%. When the antiager was added in an amount of 0.3%(w) of the powder rubber,the oxidative induction time of the sample was improved by 72.5 times than that of the blank sample,effectively preventing the oxidation of the nitrile butadiene rubber;and the nitrile butadiene powder rubber sample prepared by the microemulsion antioxidant treatment had a yellow index of 35.7 after being irradiated for 96 h,greatly improving the anti-yellowing performance of the nitrile butadiene rubber.
