摘要
针对大型精对苯二甲酸装置氧化反应系统尾氧含量周期性突然升高而造成反应器停车的问题,提出了多相流激波是导致此现象出现的假设。通过对氧化反应冷凝系统内多相流体进行动力学分析计算,结合现场声压的测量结果,验证了氧化反应系统激波的存在。进一步测试了激波对氧化反应系统尾氧含量的影响;并以此为指导,采取了相应的改进措施,有效防止了激波带来的不利影响,解决了尾氧含量周期性突然升高的问题。
Aiming at the problem that the off-gas oxygen content in an oxidation reaction system of a large-scale puri ed terephthalic acid plant suddenly rised and caused the reactor to stop running,an assumption was proposed that multiphase ow shock wave might lead to the phenomenon. A kinetic analysis calculation of the multiphase uid in an oxidation reaction condensation system was combined with measurement results of an on-site sound pressure to verify the existence of shock waves in the oxidation reaction system. The effect of shock wave on the off-gas oxygen content of the oxidation reaction system was further tested,and using this as guidance,corresponding improvement measures were taken to effectively prevent the detrimental effects of shock wave and to solve the problem of the sudden rise of off-gas oxygen content.
