Industrial application of oil vapour recovery technology by membrane process

摘要 针对中国石化天津石化分公司烯烃部的废气特点,采用自主研发的高性能有机气体分离膜,设计了二级膜分离耦合技术,对天津石化石脑油罐区、粗芳烃罐以及混合苯罐日常呼吸阀外排的高浓度有机废气进行回收处理。试验结果表明,在进气非甲烷总烃的浓度波动大、高负荷运行等复杂条件下,工艺尾气中非甲烷总烃的质量浓度始终低于80 mg/m^3,苯、甲苯、二甲苯的质量浓度分别低于4,15,20 mg/m^3,符合国家石油化学工业污染物排放标准;二级膜分离耦合技术克服了该废气苯系物含量高、挥发性有机物总浓度大的难题,实现中国石化北京化工研究院自主研发的有机气体分离膜及二级气体膜分离耦合油气回收技术的工业应用,每年可回收油品158 t,在一定程度上克服了企业的环保生存危机。 According to the characteristics of the waste gas of the olefins ministry of Sinopec Tianjin Petrochemical Company,the project adopts a self-developed high-performance organic gas separation membrane,and designs a secondary membrane separation coupling technology to recover high-concentration organic waste gas from breathing valve of Tianjin Petrochemical naphtha tank zone,crude aromatic hydrocarbon tanks and mixed benzene tanks. The experiment results shows that,under a complex condition of a significant fluctuation of concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons in the intake gas together with high-load operation,the concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbon in the process exhaust gas is always lower than 80 mg/m^3,and the concentrations of benzene,toluene and xylene are lower than 4,15,20 mg/m^3,respectively,which meets the National Pollutant Emission Standards for the petrochemical industry. The problem of high concentration of total VOCs and the benzene series in waste gas had been overcome by the secondary membrane separation coupling technology. The project realized the industrial application of the organic gas separation membrane and the secondary gas membrane separation coupling oil vapor recovery technology, which is independent research and development by Sinopec Beijing Chemical Industry Research Institute. The project can recover 158 t of oil per year and overcome the environmental survival crisis of enterprises to some extent.
