京津冀互联网公共数字文化服务差异比较分析

The Difference Comparison Analysis of Internet Public Cultural Service between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei

公共数字文化服务是公共文化服务的重要组成部分,是公共文化服务机构依托"互联网+"开展的重要网络服务手段。近年来,京津冀三地在公共数字文化建设上取得了不少成绩,初步建成了依托互联网的优秀传统文化资源、文艺辅导等多种资源,并依托网站、APP、微博、微信等多种渠道面向社会公众提供数字公共文化服务。文章利用互联网公开的统计工具,就京津冀三地资源服务、功能服务、平台建设等方面进行了对比分析,并在一体化发展的框架下提出相应对策建议。

Public digital culture service is an important part of public cultural services,is an important network service means that public cultural service agencies carry out service relying on"Internet+".In recent years,the Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have made a lot of achievements on public digital culture construction,preliminary builds the excellent traditional culture resources,art tutoring,intangible cultural and other resources by internet,and relying on the web,APP,microblog,WeChat and variety of channels,it provides digital public cultural services for the public in this paper.By using the statistical tools opened by Internet,it comparatively analyzes the resource services,function services,platform construction and other aspects of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in the framework of integrated development.
