摘要
基于对武汉地区高职院校图书馆的151份有效样本的问卷调查,使用结构方程模型相关理论方法,实证分析高职院校图书馆内部社会资本对其服务创新能力的影响,并引入组织学习作为中介变量,探讨组织学习的中介作用。实证结果表明:高职院校图书馆的内部社会资本对于其服务创新能力的提升存在着不显著的影响;组织学习对于高职院校图书馆服务创新能力的提升有着显著的影响;组织学习在内部社会资本和其服务创新能力的提升之间存在完全中介作用。
Based on a questionnaire survey of 151 valid samples from libraries of vocational colleges in Wuhan and by using the SEM theory,this article examines the impact of the internal social capital on service innovation.In this structural equation model study,it introduces the organizational learning as a mediating variable and discusses the mediating effect of organizational learning.The empirical study reveals that:the internal social capital of the vocational college library has no significant influence on the improvement of its service innovation ability,organizational learning has a significant impact on the improvement of service innovation ability in vocational college library,organizational learning plays an intermediary role between internal social capital and the improvement of its service innovation ability.
