依托总分馆服务体系建设细胞图书馆的构想

The Conception of Constructing the Cell Library Based on Main-branch Library Service System

结合南江县公共图书馆总分馆制省级试点县的创建,提出利用民间资源,建设细胞图书馆并纳入总分馆服务体系,以弥补基层图书馆(室)服务网点不足的构想。阐述了细胞图书馆的概念及作用,在组织实施、资源配置、管理机制、激励机制、服务方式、实施机构等方面探讨了建设的思路,并提出了总体及阶段性目标,以期探索出推动全民阅读服务深入开展的新路径。

Combining with the Nanjiang county constructing provincial pilot county of public library main-branch system,the author puts forward the idea of constructing cell library and bringing it into the main-branch service system by using the folk resources,to make up the lack of grass-roots library(room)service outlets.This article expounds the concept and function of cell library,discusses the thought of construction from the implementation,the allocation of resources,management mechanism,incentive mechanism,service mode,implementing agencies and other aspects,and then puts forward the overall and phaseal objectives,hoping to explore the new path of promoting the further development of nationwide reading service.
