贵州黔北地区大学生肿瘤防治知信行调查研究

Investigation on knowledge-attitude-practice of cancer prevention and control among college students in northern Guizhou

目的调查贵州黔北地区医学专业及非医学专业大学生肿瘤防治知信行现状,旨在为肿瘤防治工作的开展提供新思路及方向。方法纳入380名贵州黔北地区大学生(医学专业190人,非医学专业190人)进行肿瘤防治认知现状问卷现场调查。调查问卷总计24个问题,内容包括肿瘤基本知识及理念、肿瘤防治的态度、肿瘤防治的行为等相关问题。将收集到的问卷资料使用Epidata软件录入计算机,建立数据库,应用SPSS软件18.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果共发放调查问卷380份,收回360份(94.74%)。贵州黔北地区大学生肿瘤防治知识-态度-行为各维度平均得分分别为(6.50±0.03)分、(3.83±0.06)分、(3.16±0.03)分,肿瘤基本知识及理念、肿瘤防治的态度、肿瘤防治的行为均分占各个部分满分的54.2%、63.8%及35.1%。医学专业与非医学专业学生在肿瘤防治知识-态度-行为各维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医疗卫生机构和教育机构应重视对大学生有计划、有针对性地开展肿瘤防治知识宣教,将会使肿瘤防治工作得到长足的发展。

Objective To investigate the status of knowledge-attitude-practice of cancer prevention and control among medical and non-medical college students in northern Guizhou,and provide new ideas and directions for the development of cancer prevention and control. Methods 380 college students (190 medical students,190 non-medical students) in northern Guizhou were recruited.A field survey on cognition status of cancer prevention and treatment was carried out.There were 24 questions in the questionnaire,including basic knowledge and concept of tumor,attitude to cancer prevention and treatment,behavior of tumor prevention and control,and other related questions.The collected data was recorded in the computer by Epidata software,and a database was built.Statistics software SPSS 18.0 was used for data analysis. Results A total of 380 questionnaires were handed out,and 360 questionnaires (94.74%) were collected back.The average scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior of college students in the north of Guizhou Province were (6.50±0.03),(3.83±0.06),(3.16±0.03),respectively.The average scores of basic knowledge and concept of cancer,attitude of cancer prevention,the behavior of cancer prevention and control were accounted for 54.2%,63.8% and 35.1% of the full scores of each part.There was no significant difference in the scores of knowledge and attitude-behavior between medical and non-medical college students ( P >0.05). Conclusion Medical institutions and educational institutions should pay attention to carrying out propaganda and education for cancer prevention and control among college students in a planned and targeted way,which will make significant progress in cancer prevention and treatment.
