非强心甾类Na^+/K^+-ATP酶小分子抑制剂的研究进展

Research progress of non-cardenolides small molecule inhibitors of Na^+/K^+-ATPase

Na^+/K^+-ATP酶小分子抑制剂是临床上治疗心力衰竭的重要药物,常见的有地高辛、洋地黄毒苷等强心甾类成分。但由于这些成分的安全窗口较小,一定程度上限制了它们在临床上的应用。近年来,随着科技的发展,一些非强心甾类的Na^+/K^+-ATP酶小分子抑制剂逐步得到了发掘。本文通过文献调研,对非强心甾类Na^+/K^+-ATP酶小分子抑制剂的研究进行归纳总结,为进一步开发研究非强心甾类Na^+/K^+-ATP酶小分子抑制剂提供科学参考。

Small molecule inhibitors of Na^+/K^+-ATPase,such as digoxin and digitoxin with a cardenolides skeleton,are clinically important drugs for the treatment of heart failure.However,due to the narrow safety window of these drugs,they are limited in clinical applications.With the development of science and technology,the non-cardenolides small molecule inhibitors of Na^+/K ^+-ATPase have been gradually discovered.In this paper,we summarize the studies on the non-cardenolides small molecule inhibitors of Na^+/K^+-ATPase through literature research,and provide scientific references for the further development.
