摘要
裂褶菌含有多种生物有效成分和营养成分,裂褶菌多糖具有明显的抗肿瘤作用。根据文献,系统综述裂褶菌的生物学特性和栽培技术,现阶段裂褶菌的菌种生产、人工栽培模式及管理技术的研究现状。
Schizophyllum commune is a kind of medicinal mushroom.It contains a variety of biological active ingredients and nutrients,the polysaccharide of Schizophyllum commune has obvious anti-tumor effect,has a greater prospect of development.In this paper,the biological characteristics and cultivation techniques of Schizophyllum commune are systematically reviewed,the current research status of the spawn production and artificial cultivation techniques of Schizophyllum communeare reviewed,and the future production market of Schizophyllum communeis prospected.
