立德树人视域下高职院校辅导员队伍建设路径研究

立德树人作为教育的根本任务和中心环节,不仅准确把握了现实教育问题的症结,为未来教育改革的发展指明了前进的方向,而且从战略高度回答了辅导员队伍的职业使命,为加强和改进辅导员队伍建设提供了指导。在立德树人背景下,做好高职院校辅导员队伍建设必须深刻认识新时期加强高职院校辅导员队伍建设的意义,了解高职院校辅导员队伍建设的现状,然后结合现实背景和辅导员队伍建设面临的问题,有的放矢地深入进行高职院校辅导员队伍建设路径探究。

High moral values establishment and people cultivation,as the fundamental task and key link of education,not only grasps the crux of realistic education question accurately and indicates the direction for the development of educational reform in the future,but also answers instructors' professional mission from strategic height and guides to strengthen and improve the construction of instructors. Under the background of fostering character and civic virtue,the meaning of strengthening the instructor's construction and the correct situation of it must be known deeply,combining with the actual background and problems faced by the construction of instructor troop,we need to deeply research on path of the construction of instructors.
