枸杞子的混淆品黄芦木果实的鉴定

摘要 为了保障中药枸杞子的质量,区分混淆品黄芦木的果实,采用性状鉴定、显微鉴定和TCL技术.混淆品来源于小檗科植物黄芦木的干燥成熟果实,与枸杞子性状特征较为相似,两者皆为浆果,鲜红色或暗红色,长卵形或椭圆形.得出结论:两者种子形态与气味差别较大,提醒用药者鉴别使用.应用TLC技术可以对混淆品进行明确的鉴别区分. In order to protect the quality of traditional Chinese medicine medlar, distinguish the fruit of the confusing yellow arbor. Character identification, microscopic identification and TCL techniques were used to distinguish the confounders.The confounders were derived from the dry and mature fruits of the genus A. sylvestris, which are similar in characteristics to the scorpion traits, both of which are berries, bright red or dark red, long oval or elliptical. The difference in seed morphology and odor between the two is greater, reminding the drug users to identify the use. The TLC technology was used to clearly distinguish the confusing products.
