利用文献统计分析方法和CiteSpace软件,以CNKI数据库中的城镇化投融资研究文献为对象,可视化分析我国城镇化投融资研究状况.得到结论:研究起始于2002年,2013年文献数量呈激增趋势,2015年达到最高值,2016、2017、2018年逐渐回落;.研究主要集中在高校和社科院,各作者、机构缺乏合作,研究较为分散,没有形成学术领域的权威机构和具有代表性的核心作者群体;.研究热点词主要集中在新型城镇化、投融资机制、投融资模式、金融支持等.城镇化投融资研究存在不足:.缺乏投资主体之间的相互作用对城镇化的影响研究;.缺乏能够突破现行法规、体制约束,而又能解决实际问题的创新型融资模式分析;.缺乏对政策实施效果的定量评估分析.

This paper uses the literature statistical analysis method and CiteSpace software to analyze the urbanization investment and financing research literature in the CNKI database. The following conclusions obtained: the study began in 2002, the number of documents increased sharply in 2013, reaching its peak in 2015, and declined gradually in 2016, 2017 and 2018. The research is mainly concentrated in universities and social sciences academies, due to the lack of cooperation among authors and institutions, the research is scattered and there is no authoritative institution in academic field and representative core author group. The hotspots mainly focus on new urbanization, investment and financing mechanisms, investment and financing models, and financial support and so on. The research on urbanization investment and financing has the following shortcomings: lack of research on the impact of the interaction between investment entities on urbanization;lack of an innovative financing model that can break through existing regulations and institutional constraints while solving practical problems;lack of quantitative assessment of the effectiveness of policy implementation.
