摘要 某660MW超临界供热机组投运后,存在供热负荷大、电网频率波动频繁等问题,导致原逻辑控制下的一次调频合格率仅为50%左右。通过完善一次调频触发逻辑及改变动作初始值,提高了调频动作速度;通过设计供热运行模式下的滑压曲线、完善压力偏差及供热负荷动态补偿、进行汽轮机流量试验调整流量特性曲线等措施,完善了供热机组一次调频方案,实现了一次调频成功率髙于85%的效果。 Due to the issues that came up after the commissioning of a 660 MW supercritical cogeneration unit, such as high heating load consumption and frequent frequency fluctuations, the passing rate of primary frequency control compensation only hover around 50% under the original control logic. By means of completing the triggering logic and tuning the initial action value, the action speed of primary frequency compensation is improved. In addition, by working out the sliding pressure curve in heating operation mode, adjusting the dynamic compensations of pressure deviations and heating loads, in combination with the modifications of the flow characteristic curve through steam turbine flow testing, the improvement of primary frequency control logic is accomplished, which makes the target of passing rate of primary frequency control over 85% achieved.
